I hope this finds you well, this is just a short note to let you know that your valued clients; Mr and Mrs K arrived safely at the hotel this afternoon after their long flight over from Australia. My fabulous team and I were personally on hand to meet them upon arrival and ensured they were settled in comfortably in to their new ‘home away from home’ for the evening. We placed some lovely personalised gifts in their room for them plus they will of course receive all of the added Virtuoso amenities throughout their time spent with us.
On this occasion we were able to upgrade Mr and Mrs K to one of our Grand Master Suites which as you can imagine they were delighted to hear. The Kensington Garden Suite is one of our newly refurbished Duplex suites with the most fabulous view over Kensington Palace and the Gardens. This Suite even has a little balcony so the couple can enjoy the glorious sunshine here in London for the evening. Pedro our Hotel Butler had the pleasure of refreshing Mr and Mrs K’s memory of the Hotel as it has been a few years since their last visit and he then showed them up to the suite. Shortly after they had gone upstairs I gave them a call and was delighted to hear that they had settled in comfortably.
Even though the couple are only with us for one evening before meeting friends tomorrow, rest assured that they were introduced to the whole team here at The Milestone and who will be on hand to assist them with anything that they should need throughout their stay. Tim and Jose are both working on the concierge desk today and together they have a whole wealth of knowledge of this amazing city.
