Judging by theഀ activity in our Lindfield and Neutral Bay offices since the beginningഀ of the year it looks like travel is well and truly on the agenda againഀ for 2018.  New ships, new planes, new hotels and destinations areഀ creating interest whilst consistently good favourites have travellersഀ saying “We will definitely go back there again.”

ഀ I’m often interviewed by journalists who want to know about hotഀ destinations, luxury travel trends and what to-day’s travellers areഀ looking for.  I can tell them about multi-gen travel, expeditionഀ cruising or Japan or Africa or the thirst for “authentic experiences” –ഀ all the buzz-words. But I was laughing with my Mum, Mary Rossi, theഀ other day.  Nothing has really changed much in the nearly 50 yearsഀ that Mary Rossi Travel has been in business.  Our travellers haveഀ always chosen travel experiences that expose them to the people, theഀ landscapes and the culture of the countries they visit; have alwaysഀ chosen charm and ambience over glitz and trendiness; are prepared toഀ slow down to see the world.
