In the interests of discovery and learning I travelled to the Yasawa and Mamaneuca Islands with a group of fellow travel agents recently – here are some of my memories.

..Palest of pale blue water, transparent, with colourful fish.    Flying over coral atolls in a tiny plane, white palm-fringed soft- sand beaches and happy cocktail time at sunset.

Boatmen taking us to deserted beaches for our very own picnic,   my first drink of Kava at a local ceremony and the fond farewell song sung very loudly by local  villagers who worked in our Yasawa resort..

A warm, friendly and welcoming place and a wonderful holiday option.
