A native New Zealander, Michael started travelling at 21 and since then, hasn’t stopped!  Over the years, Michael has enjoyed working in all areas of the travel industry, but what he loves most is leisure.  Using his own travel experiences to assist clients plan their own amazing itineraries is a real passion.

With over 30 years experience in the business Michael values the extensive relationships that he has developed with hoteliers and suppliers worldwide. ‘I enjoy making sure that just the right room is booked… to make sure that each trip is successful.’

Michael’s travels have taken him to all corners of the globe, but his favourite destinations would have to be Europe, as well as Asia and the South Pacific. There really is so much to offer on our doorstep – and without the jetlag!  Michael also loves travel that takes him out of his comfort zone – like snorkelling amongst the manta rays in Hawaii and travelling deep into the forests of Borneo to get up close and personal with endangered orangutans.

Being a native of New Zealand (and avid All Black supporter) he loves the luxury lodges and easy touring options of his home country.

Bringing families together for a holiday is a passion – whether on a cruise or a villa in Italy or Bali.

His future travels will be all about new destinations – places he hasn’t been yet. He’s really excited at the prospect of travelling with his young grandchildren and expanding their minds with new cultural experiences – multigenerational travel is so popular and he can now understand why!
