Hedonistic Hiking is an owner-operated company offering fully-inclusive guided gourmet hiking tours (max 16).  Discovering Tuscany, Umbria, Piedmont, the Italian Alps and Lakes, Slovenia, Abruzzo, Southern Italy, France, Austria and south-east Australia, the tours take guests off the beaten track and, above all, let people experience the heart and soul of each region.

All tours are researched and operated by the company owners, Mick and Jackie Parsons, guaranteeing a high quality and personal experience. Mick and Jackie have a combined 40 years experience offering high quality tours to the discerning traveller.

Guests stay in beautiful boutique accommodation in small villages or nestled into the stunning countryside. Accommodation is locally owned and run and has been carefully selected by Hedonistic Hiking.

Food and Wine is an important element of Hedonistic Hiking tours. Evening meals are in delightful restaurants with menus matched to excellent local wines. Lunches are alfresco and showcase the delicious local produce.

The company has been Eco-certified with Ecotourism Australia since 2007. Hedonistic Hiking’s commitment to sustainability means that through their tours guests directly contribute to the local economy and support small businesses.

The walking is enjoyable challenging and there is always a support vehicle allowing guests to walk as little or as much as they wish.
