Claudia joined her successful mother, Mary Rossi, in the business whilst still at university in the 1970’s.

She quickly became proficient at all aspects of organising both itineraries for individuals and groups. Escorting Mary Rossi Travel tours to Europe and the Middle East re-enforced the importance of thoughtful planning and attention to detail.

Claudia had a change of career in the 1990s and became a financial planner, managing a team of talented professionals in a highly respected firm. She returned in 2000 to the top job at Mary Rossi Travel.

Her passion for travel was probably in the blood and it has been suitably indulged over many decades of fine touring, active journeys and family holidays. Enthusiasm for a great client experience from the moment planning begins is Claudia’s passion.
